Associate Account Manager

Seeking a motivated individual and Account Manager to join our dynamic team!

Our team of account managers is internally known as producers. In our world, a producer is where an account manager role naturally weaves itself with someone who can manage the day to day of high-profile projects. Members of our Producer team are the go-to people connecting clients with our internal teams, ensuring we not only meet their needs but also make our creative work shine. The Producer team is the glue that holds everything together, blending relationship-building with savvy project management, where strategic insight and organizational flair help us deliver amazing results that truly elevate our client's brands. 

Founded in 2011, Wondersauce creates brands, platforms, and campaigns for startups and large brands. With a deep focus on e-commerce, marketing, and full interactive brand experiences spanning screen types, we work to drive real growth. We blend tech, development, media, strategy, and design to create utility-driven success for our clients, and our client’s clients. 

As an Associate Producer, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced producer team, bringing innovative ideas to life, and playing a key role in shaping the future of exciting projects. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail, organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and produce various project types; from website and technical activations to branding projects and media campaigns.
• Collaborate with other producers and team members to shape the vision of projects and hit key milestones
• Organize and manage workflows, proactively ensuring project deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and keeping projects and team members on track
• Assist in preparing presentations, schedules, and deliverables that drive project success
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder buy-in
• Bring strategic thinking to every project and help turn ideas into actionable plans
• Help lead teams in executing projects that exceed client objectives
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page
• Compile reports that showcase key results and insights
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client products, and strategic communications

Requirements:

• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of agency or related field experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet simultaneous and conflicting deadlines
• A natural communicator who loves working with people and building relationships
• Eager to learn about a variety of products and take on new challenges
• A self-starter who’s ready to take initiative and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Passionate about delivering results and pushing the boundaries of success

Salary:

• Range: $72,000 - $75,000
